What's Included in Registration

Conference registration includes all workshops and tutorials, main conference speakers and technical sessions, meals and coffee breaks, and one ticket to the evening poster session and conference dinner at the Cleveland Museum of Natural History. Additional dinner tickets can be purchased through the registration website.

Registration Deadlines

Early Registration Deadline: May 31st, 2026.
Regular Registration Deadline: June 15th, 2026.
Late Registration Deadline (Capacity Permitting): July 16th, 2026.

Note: We encourage users to register by the Regular Registration deadline. Capacity of the venue permitting, limited late registration may be made available but cannot be guaranteed.

Note: Each technical paper in the main track of the conference must be accompanied by at least one regular conference registration by one of the authors.

Visa

If you are travelling internationally to attend HPDC and require a "Visa Support Letter", please fill out the ACM Visa Support Letter Form. Letters can be issued to authors of accepted papers, attendees who have completed registration, and conference committee members. Please allow 10 days for the letter to be completed.
