ACM Student Research Competition at HPDC 2026

HPDC 2026 will host an ACM Student Research Competition (SRC) as part of the Student Poster Program. The ACM SRC provides a venue for graduate students to present original research to a judging panel and conference attendees. It will also provide travel support to a limited number of top participants.

Eligibility and Participation Requirements (ACM SRC)

Participants must:

  • Be currently enrolled and registered for the host conference
  • Have an active ACM student membership
Additional ACM SRC constraints:
  • Individual research only (group projects are not considered)
  • Students may participate in only one SRC per program year (per ACM SRC rules)
The ACM SRC includes:
  • A poster round evaluated by judges
  • Selection of semifinalists
  • A presentation round where semifinalists give a short talk and Q&A
ACM SRC winners receive awards and may advance to the SRC Grand Finals (per ACM SRC program structure).
